Multiple Mirrors is a collection of stories written by the co-developers who worked with SEDL in assisting schools to create professional learning communities in a sample of schools. It includes an introduction by Shirley Hord and Jody Westbrook. The stories reflect the experiences of schools trying to develop a professional learning community and make a change for the better. Although the schools changed with a varying degree of success, their stories offer many lessons in establishing trust and illustrate the role that leadership and collaboration play in the change process.
