Sample Reports and Features

  1. Student Summary Report—This report summarizes all of the information for an individual student: demographic data and indicator data, including attendance, academics, behavior, and up to five custom indicators. The example includes custom-field data on retention and an engagement survey—scored from 1 to 10—near the top of the page on the right side.
  2. Summary of Interventions—This report describes all interventions that have been planned for an individual student. Details for each intervention include its category and a description, the period of time it is to be implemented, the implementation and impact data to be monitored, and relevant comments or lessons learned.
  3. Intervention Details—This report details the intervention to be scheduled, including how its implementation and impact will be monitored and recommendations or relevant comments. To facilitate detailing the intervention, all of the student data are shown on the right side of the report so the system user does not need to transition between screens.
  4. Intervention Tracker – Category Summary—This report allows the user to view all students receiving a specific intervention (e.g., mentoring). By clicking on the tabs of "Attendance," "Academics," or "Behavior," the user can view two very important pieces of information. One is a blue bar, for each student, that indicates the period of time during which the intervention was implemented. The second is the student’s progress before, during, and after the intervention period. This unique feature allows the system user to track student data over a period of time to determine whether the intervention is producing the desired results. Interventions can then be adjusted, if necessary, to improve student outcomes.
  5. Help: Resources for Intervention Strategies—This feature allows quick access to selected sites for review of research-based and promising practices related to specific identified needs. The user may edit the list by adding or removing resources.
  6. Reports—Several reports are pre-defined and include summary information for all students, for all students who are flagged, and for all students who are flagged for attendance or for academics. In addition, there are custom reports and table views for  reports. The user can also export data to Excel, which allows a variety of graphing options.
  7. Custom Report Setup—This layout is used to set up the reports mentioned above. It allows the user to identify all students with specific characteristics (e.g., all ELLs). It can also identify groups of students according to a user-designated factor (e.g., all male students who have been retained). This allows for customization of interventions.
