Copyright Permission Request
Thank you for your interest in using materials produced by SEDL (Southwest Educational Development Laboratory), which merged with the American Institutes for Research (AIR) in 2015. All requests to use materials copyrighted by AIR must be submitted in writing. Please fill out the following form.
NOTE: All copyright permission requests are processed in the order in which they have been received. Please allow a minimum of three (3) weeks for legal review and, subsequently, preparation of a license agreement if your request is approved. Please note that AIR does not sign license agreements prepared by external parties. If copyright permission is granted, you will receive a license agreement outlining acceptable use of SEDL materials and the terms, conditions, and limitations governing permission to reproduce the work. After reviewing the license agreement, you will need to sign and return it to the AIR Copyright and Permissions Help Desk.
Please note that AIR cannot grant permission to repurpose individual photographs and other graphic images copyrighted by other organizations or individuals that are found in our products or on our website.
