Annotation:
This article compares and contrasts the development and quality of 375 diverse elementary, middle, and high schools in the National Network of Partnership Schools (NNPS). Most differences were found in high schools compared to elementary and middle: in the use of tools and services, obstacles, and program quality. An end-of-year survey was collected from about 400 school key contacts to assess the degree of support and overall quality of the schoolsÕ partnership programs. As a result of the survey, the NNPS program has hired additional staff to deal with parent and community problems that are specific to high schools.
