SEDL's work is guided by a 20-member board of directors. There are four representatives from Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Cook's Computer and Software Service Experience/Education
Mr. Cook served as a local board member for Eageltown Public School from 1977 until 2000. He also served as an association director for Oklahoma State School Board from 1977 through 1990 and went on to serve as an association officer until 1994.
